TWINNING  TROPHY  -  TROPHÉE DU JUMELAGE
PURPOSE The objective of this award is to encourage Rotary clubs in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands to work together for the greater good of their communities.	BUT L'objectif de ce prix est d'inciter les Rotary clubs de Nouvelle-Zélande et des Îles du Pacifique à travailler davantage ensemble pour le bien de leurs communautés.
ROTARY CLUBS INVOLVED The first aim of this award is to promote closer links between  sister clubs. Nevertheless all the clubs of the district may compete with one of their sister clubs or  with any other Rotary Club of District 9920.	ROTARY CLUBS CONCERNÉS Ce  prix vise d'abord à favoriser le resserrement des liens entre les clubs jumelés. Pour autant tous les clubs du district peuvent concourir, avec un de leur clubs jumelés ou avec n'importe quel autre Rotary club du District 9920.
JURY The jury is chaired by the IPDG current year. It includes the Governors Elected & Nominee, two Assistant Governors from New Zealand and two Assistant Governors from the Pacific Islands (Fiji-1 zones 8 & 9, 1 in other areas - Zones 10 & 11).	JURY Le Jury est placé sous la présidence de l'IPDG de l'année en cours. Il comprend les Gouverneurs Élu et  Nominé, deux Assistants Gouverneurs de Nouvelle-Zélande et deux Assistants Gouverneurs des Îles du Pacifique (1 de Fiji –zones 8 & 9 ; 1 des autres zones – zones 10 & 11).
PRESENTATION OF THE TROPHY Trophy representing the petroglyph depicting the legend "Twins of Tiapaerui" and symbolizing the Polynesian Culture is engraved by a Tahitian artist very well known, Hiro Ou Wen, former member of the Rotary Club of Papeete-Tahiti. It consists of two parts of a single mother of oyster Pinctada Margaritifera (Black Pearl) of which one side will be given to each of the two Rotary clubs distinguished by their exemplary cooperation for the current Rotarian year. It is offered by District Governor Nicolas & Françoise Spillmann and will be awarded for the first time at the ceremony changeover of governor on Sunday, July 3, 2011. It will be restored each year by the clubs winners for its award winners for next year	REMISE DU PRIX Le Trophée représentant le pétroglyphe illustrant la légende des "Jumeaux de Tiapaerui" et symbolisant la Culture Polynésienne est réalisé par un artiste Tahitien bien connu, Hiro Ouwen, ancien membre du Rotary club de Papeete-Tahiti. Il est constitué des deux parties d'une même nacre Pinctada Margaritifera dont une des faces sera remise à chacun des deux Rotary clubs distingués par l'exemplarité de leur coopération.pendant l'année Rotarienne en cours Il est offert par le Gouverneur Nicolas et Françoise Spillmann et sera remis pour la 1ère fois à l'occasion de la cérémonie du changement de gouverneur le dimanche 3 juillet 2011.  Il sera restitué chaque année par les clubs lauréats en vue de sa réattribution aux lauréats de l'année suivante
